Meet Katie R. Storey, M.Ed.

Founder and lead instructor Katie R. Storey, RYT200, brings a combined decade of dedicated practice and teaching experience in yoga and mindfulness. Her journey began with a deep personal commitment to self improvement through mindfulness and meditation and that blossomed into a commitment to holistic wellness, which led her to integrate her passion for education and holistic health into Katie Storey Yoga & Wellness. Katie is also a dedicated professional working in the nonprofit sector and spent over a decade working to support student success in higher education prior to nonprofit work. Outside of work and passion projects Katie is a proud, loving mother of 2 young men and a commited wife to her husband of over 20 years.
